Free estimate POLICIES:

Our Free Estimates are truly free. No obligation and are scheduled at your convenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please inform us no later than 48hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow us the opportunity to offer your appointment to others who maybe on a wait-list.

start of work:

Work will begin as outlined in your contract. for overlapping contract dates in which we are about to finish a neighbors home and then move on to yours, we thank you in advance for being flexible. We strive to set our timetable within 48 hours. We would never leave your home partly completed, and will communicate our start date if it should vary.

clean up:

It is always our goal to leave your home better than how we found it. This includes clean-up. 

changes & additions :

At Morse Paint & Design, your satisfaction is our number one goal. With that in mind we are happy to alter the plan from time to time, any additional work not included on the original contract will be billed at a labor rate of $85 an hour with materials charged at cost plus 20%. Contract timeline for project completion may be affected, please discuss these changes and request a new contract to cover all additional work.
